 Joe has been involved in the sale of Real Estate for many years. He has always loved property and perhaps that is why he is so successful.

 After successfully operating in real estate for about 6 years he opened up an office in the Windsor Glen Shopping Centre under the name of Gocon Estates. Gocon was an accredited agent for the then United Building Society - That was a long time ago and times have changed. At that stage Windsor was a delightful place to live. Those were perilous times with interest rates going into the mid twenties. Joe survived and was appointed to sell off the property portfolio of the late Dawie Fourie .... Joe helped many of the homeowners who now live in the area, who at that stage could not afford to buy .... today thay are all successful. Joe found himself on the South Coast of Natal and was appointed as the sole marketing agent for the prestigious SAN LAMEER estate - He held that position until ill health forced him to have a heart by-pass (just as well or he would not be writing this note).
